The Gnat PTO is a well-oiled machine with over 45 years of support for Dale R. Fair Babson Park Elementary. This organization is a joint partnership with the Gnat Staff and the Gnat families. The purpose of the PTO is to:
- advance and promote the education and well-being of children at home, in school, and in the community
- provide a forum for discussion and foster communication between parents, administrators, educators and the community
- supplement and enhance the educational facilities, supplies, and opportunities for the students of Dale R. Fair Babson Park Elementary School
- promote volunteer programs and resources for Dale R. Fair Babson Park Elementary School
The blend of family/community events such as Gnat Family Picnic, Gnat Fall Carnival and Breakfast with Santa with two major fundraisers with the Fall Fundraiser Sale and the Spring Walk-A-Thon. As a thank you to the parents for their support, the PTO provides ALL STUDENT SUPPLIES for every Gnat student as well as supplements programs such as the Super Gnat Assemblies, STEM, K-Support, Pre-K Classroom, Family Check-Out Nights, Field Trip Expenses, All Pro Dad Nights, and so much more.
